If your loved one was a victim of violent crime and does not have a permanent headstone, we are here to help. There is no cost to apply, and every application is reviewed with care.

What to Expect
- 1Submit your application online or by mail.
- 2Our team reviews every application including police reports and other documents necessary to determine your eligibility. Reviews can take up to 4 weeks.
- 3An email will be sent with notification of approval or denial.
- 4If approved, you will be contacted to set a time to share cemetery info & discuss the customization of the headstone.
- 5The headstone is made, delivered, and placed at the cemetery.
